As the countdown to the 2025 Local Government Elections continues, the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ibeju-Lekki Local Government Area is set to hold a Mega Rally aimed at reinforcing public support, highlighting developmental achievements, and mobilizing grassroots participation.
The rally is scheduled to take place on Sunday, June 29, 2025, at Iberekodo Primary School, Ibeju-Lekki, by 10:00 AM.
Organized by the APC leadership in Ibeju-Lekki — including the current Chairman and elected councillors — the event will serve as a demonstration of the party’s continued unity, strength, and commitment to progress at the local level. According to the organizers, it will also provide an opportunity to reflect on achievements recorded under the current administration and engage residents on the next phase of governance.
“The journey of development doesn’t stop — it only gets stronger,” said Hon. Yeye Olayinka Olusanya, APC Vice Chairman for Lagos East Senatorial District. “This rally is more than a political gathering; it is a celebration of what we have achieved together and a call to build on that momentum for an even better Ibeju-Lekki.”
The APC has consistently emphasized its focus on infrastructural development, social welfare, and empowerment programs, particularly at the grassroots level. The rally will feature speeches by party leaders, community interactions, and campaign activities designed to energize the electorate ahead of the polls.
The party is urging residents and supporters to turn out in large numbers to reaffirm their support for continuity and sustained development across communities in Ibeju-Lekki.
