The Epe Musical and Creative Talent Group has commended 10 Dollar Entertainment for its consistent efforts in discovering, nurturing, and promoting young talents in the music and creative industry across Epe Division and beyond.
The group’s president, Mr. Doyin Morgan, who gave the commendation in an interview praised 10 Dollar Entertainment for its continuous contribution to youth empowerment, music development, and cultural promotion, describing the outfit as a major platform that has placed Epe on the global creative map.
He noted that the brand’s regular shows have become an avenue for identifying and developing promising artistes, helping them gain exposure both within and outside the state.
“10 Dollar Entertainment has opened Epe Division to national and international audiences, showcasing the depth of creative talent among our youths,” Morgan said.
He highlighted that Epe youths are naturally gifted in music, arts, and culture, adding that the organization’s consistency had given them the visibility needed to thrive in the competitive entertainment industry.
According to him, the 2025 edition of the Kayokayo Festival featured electrifying performances by 10 Dollar Entertainment’s star artistes alongside Fuji music icon Sule Alao Malaika, earning widespread applause from residents and guests.
Morgan further commended the brand for organizing high-quality performances at notable venues such as Epe Recreation Centre, Epe Resort, Airport Hotel, and Eko Hotel, describing its shows as “mesmerizing, creative, and culturally enriching.”
He added that the group’s artistic fusion of Afrobeat, hip-hop, pop culture, traditional Eyo-pop, and fashion had redefined Lagos State’s entertainment landscape and contributed to Nigeria’s growing reputation in global music circles.
“10 Dollar’s performances are not just musical events but celebrations of our culture, creativity, and youthful energy,” he said.
Morgan also lauded the entertainment brand for mentoring and promoting more than 10,000 emerging artistes across the country, including notable acts such as Queen Stephire and Iboy MP.
He described the company’s founder, 10 Dollar Otedola, as a multi-talented artiste, producer, and show promoter with over two decades of experience, whose vision continues to inspire thousands of young creatives.
“10 Dollar Otedola stands as a beacon of hope for talented youths seeking recognition in the entertainment sector,” Morgan added.
He appealed to the government and private sector investors to support 10 Dollar Entertainment’s initiatives, emphasizing that such collaborations would boost youth empowerment, job creation, and cultural tourism in Lagos State and across Nigeria.
