The National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Dr. Abdullahi Ganduje, says Nigeria is beginning to experience macroeconomic stability as a result of bold reforms championed by the administration of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
Speaking at the APC National Policy Summit held at the Banquet Hall of the State House in Abuja, Ganduje expressed optimism that the party’s governance strategy is delivering measurable progress and setting the stage for future electoral victories.
“Nigerians are beginning to witness signs of stability in key areas such as macroeconomic indicators, improved oil revenues, and growing investor confidence,” Ganduje stated.
He credited the emerging positive outcomes to President Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda, which he described as a transformative and holistic blueprint for economic revitalization, institutional reform, and inclusive national development.
“This agenda is not merely a political slogan,” Ganduje said. “It is a practical framework for resetting the foundations of governance, restoring economic vibrancy, and inspiring a renewed sense of national purpose.”
Among the key reforms highlighted were the removal of fuel subsidies, unification of the foreign exchange market, and targeted investments in agriculture and infrastructure—all aimed at fostering inclusive growth and long-term economic sustainability.
Ganduje reaffirmed the APC’s dedication to delivering effective governance, noting that early and strategic preparations are already underway for the 2027 general elections.
“Our party is not waiting for the campaign season. We have begun training party agents, policy think tanks, and campaign teams to adopt data-driven, result-oriented approaches,” he said.
The summit gathered party stakeholders, policymakers, and governance experts to review progress, align strategic objectives, and reinforce the APC’s position as the party of reform, development, and national renewal.
