Nigeria Police Academy Cadets Complete Leadership Training at Shere Hills Centre

The Nigeria Police Academy, Wudil, Kano State, has announced the successful graduation of cadets from Regular Course 7 following the completion of their Citizenship and Leadership Training at the prestigious Citizenship and Leadership Training Centre, Shere Hills, Jos, Plateau State. The graduation ceremony took place on June 1, 2025.

Representing the Commandant of the Academy, AIG Patrick A. Atayero was the Director of Field Studies, DCP Haruna Adamu. In his address, the Commandant commended the cadets for their commitment and resilience throughout the intensive program, while also urging them to embrace the core values of integrity, professionalism, and discipline as they advance in their policing careers.

The event was attended by high-ranking officials and stakeholders, including the representative of the Plateau State Commissioner of Police, CP Emmanuel Adesina — Deputy Commissioner of Police (Administration), DCP Aliko Dankoli. The Director-General of the Citizenship and Leadership Training Centre, who received high praise for the Centre’s continued role in character and leadership development, was represented by the Director of Training and Development, Mr. Ebuwari Elehubiri.

AIG Atayero extended his appreciation to the Plateau State Police Command for their logistics support and collaboration, and to the Citizenship and Leadership Training Centre for their unwavering commitment to grooming future leaders of the Nigeria Police Force.

The ceremony culminated in the official presentation of certificates and badges to the graduating cadets, marking a pivotal milestone in their training and professional journey.
