Wife of a retired Assistant Inspector General Of Police, Mr. Hakeem Odumosu has been allegedly kidnapped in her residence in Ogun state.
Sources disclosed that the kidnappers stormed the residence at Arepo in a coordinated attack, leaving the community in shock and fear after taken her away.
According to the Police, the incident occurred around evening when four masked assailants attacked Mrs. Odumosu as she was entering her residence on Aminu Street, Orange Estate and forcibly dragged her from her vehicle and fled into nearby swampy areas.
The Commissioner of Police, Ogun state Command, Mr. Lanre Ogunlowo has been briefed on the situation and has directed all available resources, including digital intelligence, to be utilized in the rescue effort.
The police and local security forces have formed synergy in a full scale search and rescue of the abducted Mrs. Odumosu.
The incident was said to have occurred on Tuesday.
