Graduating participants of the Senior Executive Course 46/2024 of the National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies (NIPSS), Kuru, have been urged to reflect what they have learned in practice for impactful development of the country.
The Head of Civil Service of the Federation Mrs Esther Walson-Jack, made the appeal in Abuja at a dinner organized by the Alumni Association of the Institute to honour the graduating participants.
Mrs Walson-Jack observed that the National Institute is not just an academic institution but where character is refined and visionary leadership is born.
The Director General of NIPSS Professor Ayo Omotayo, advised the participants to advocate for the execution of all the outcomes of the research that took them eleven months to conduct.
The President of the Alumni Association of the National Institute Ambassador Emmanuel Obi-Okafor, relayed President Bola Tinibu’s appreciation to the participants for presenting their research findings to him earlier.
One of the participants and member of the Nigeria Guild of Editors Dr Sebastian Abu, stated that their research is their own contribution towards deepening the digital economy to enhance youths empowerment.
The participants were drawn from armed forces, security outfits, trade unions as well as the civil service at both federal and state levels.
