In a heartfelt tribute marking the second anniversary of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s administration, Representative Wale Raji of Epe Federal Constituency commended the President for the notable achievements under the Renewed Hope Agenda. The lawmaker also applauded Lagos State Governor Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu and his Deputy, Dr. Kadri Obafemi Hamzat, for their continued commitment to grassroots development through the THEMES Plus agenda.
Addressing constituents and the public, Hon. Raji acknowledged that while some of the transformative policies have brought temporary challenges, the tangible progress in key sectors such as infrastructure, social investment, and economic revitalization validates the administration’s vision for national rebirth.
“From roads to rural electrification, and support for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to youth empowerment, the strides are evident,” Raji stated. He highlighted significant local projects including the upgrade of Epe General Hospital to a Federal Medical Center and the ongoing construction of the Lagos-Calabar Coastal Road, which passes through communities within the Epe Federal Constituency.
The lawmaker praised President Tinubu’s leadership for not only advancing development but also strengthening the All Progressives Congress (APC), describing the party’s growing popularity as “spreading like wildfire” nationwide.
Hon. Raji also commended Governor Sanwo-Olu and Deputy Governor Hamzat for delivering tangible improvements in Lagos State under the THEMES Plus framework—covering transportation, health, education, and community engagement. He emphasized how these initiatives have rekindled public trust and improved the quality of life for residents in Epe Federal Constituency.
“As your representative in the Green Chambers and Chairman of the House Committee on Livestock Development, I reaffirm my commitment to championing legislation that supports the President’s Renewed Hope vision and the THEMES Plus roadmap of our state leadership,” he affirmed.

President Bola Tinubu assumed office on May 29, 2023, embarking on a comprehensive agenda focused on economic revival, social welfare, and national security. Lagos State’s THEMES Plus initiative similarly targets Transport, Health, Education, Environment, and Security to drive sustainable urban development.
