As the 2025 Local Government Elections approach, the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Lekki Local Council Development Area (LCDA) is rallying support under the banner of unity and progress.
In a move to galvanize grassroots support and showcase the party’s achievements, the APC has announced a Mega Rally to be held on Sunday, June 29, 2025, at Iberekodo Primary School, Ibeju-Lekki, starting at 10:00 AM.
The event is expected to bring together party leaders, including the current LCDA Chairman and councillors, as well as community stakeholders and residents. Organizers say the rally will highlight the developmental strides made in Lekki LCDA under APC’s leadership, while also serving as a forum to outline future plans for the area.
“This is a rally for the people, by the people, and with leaders who have served with impact,” said Hon. Yeye Olayinka Olusanya, APC Vice Chairman, Lagos East Senatorial District, in a statement.
The rally underscores the APC’s message of continuity, development, and responsive governance as the party seeks to retain control of local councils across Lagos State.
Residents and party supporters are encouraged to attend in large numbers to demonstrate solidarity and reaffirm their commitment to the APC’s vision for sustainable progress in Lekki and beyond.
