The Executive Chairman of Ikosi-Ejinrin Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Otunba-Akogun Wale Raji Anomo, has praised the Senator representing Lagos East Senatorial District, Senator Mukhail Adetokunbo Abiru, for his outstanding contributions to the development of education and healthcare in the area.
Anomo gave the commendation during the official commissioning of newly completed educational and healthcare projects facilitated by Senator Abiru in Ikosi-Ejinrin LCDA. He described the initiative as “a continuation of the Senator’s people-centred and transformative representation.”
According to the council boss, the gesture reflects Senator Abiru’s steadfast commitment to grassroots development and improving the welfare of residents through tangible and sustainable interventions.

He added that the newly commissioned projects demonstrate the Senator’s guiding philosophy of “the greater good for the greater number”, noting that governance must translate into real, measurable improvements in people’s lives.
Delivering a goodwill message on behalf of Senator Abiru, Mr. Bamidele Abiru thanked residents for their continued support and assured them of the Senator’s determination to ensure inclusive development across all communities in Lagos East.

Also speaking at the event, Aare (Hon.) Olusegun Olulade, Director of Marketing and Customer Centricity at Galaxy Backbone Limited, lauded Senator Abiru for his visionary leadership and commended the collaborative efforts of the LCDA administration under Anomo’s watch.
“Education, infrastructure, and healthcare remain key pillars of Senator Abiru’s legislative agenda. These facilities are designed to uplift lives, expand access, and strengthen human capital development,” Olulade remarked.
In his remarks, the Education Secretary of Epe Local Government Education Authority (LGEA), Otunba Shittu Aliu Idowu, expressed deep appreciation to Senator Abiru for his support to the education sector, describing the new projects as “symbols of hope, opportunity, and transformation.”
