Nigeria Police Academy Commandant Distributes Rice to Personnel, Reinforces Welfare Commitment

The Commandant of the Nigeria Police Academy, Wudil, Kano State, Assistant Inspector-General of Police Patrick A. Atayero, has distributed bags of rice to officers and workers of the institution as part of efforts to enhance staff welfare and morale.
The distribution, which took place at the Academy, covered personnel in the Inspectorate cadre, rank and file, junior civilian staff, as well as non-registered workers across various departments.
AIG Atayero personally supervised the exercise, underscoring what he described as the importance of inclusiveness and shared responsibility within the Academy community. He noted that the welfare of personnel, both police and civilian, remains a key priority of his administration.
Addressing beneficiaries, the Commandant emphasized that motivation and well-being are critical to discipline, professionalism, and effective service delivery in the training of future police officers. He reiterated his commitment to sustaining welfare-driven initiatives that support staff performance and institutional stability.
