ICSAN Appoints Aniedi Amos as Registrar/CEO

The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria has announced the appointment of Aniedi Amos as its new Registrar and Chief Executive Officer.
In a statement issued by the Institute, the appointment was described as a strategic move aimed at strengthening institutional leadership and advancing the organisation’s mandate in corporate governance and professional excellence.
Mr. Amos, a Fellow of the Institute, brings to the role a wealth of experience and a strong track record of service within ICSAN. He previously served in a senior management position, where he was noted for his leadership capabilities and administrative expertise. His election into the Governing Council further reflected the confidence and trust reposed in him by members of the Institute.
The statement noted that his emergence as Registrar/CEO represents a significant milestone for the Institute, as he is expected to leverage his deep institutional knowledge and professional insight to drive growth, innovation, and operational efficiency.
President and Chairman of the Governing Council of ICSAN, Uto Ukpanah, congratulated Mr. Amos on his appointment and expressed optimism about the Institute’s future under his leadership.
